Bullard‘s baseball team is one game away from completing an undefeated league season. The Knights improved to 14-0 in the CMAC after Tuesday’s 3-1 win against Sanger.

Junior Logan Cunningham pitched in five innings and allowed three hits while striking out six batters as the Knights took down the Apaches. Senior Brandt Munger pitched two innings and recorded three strikeouts for Bullard.

Keynan Gomez went 2-for-4 with a run scored in the win. Bullard senior Beckett Zavorek went 2-for-2 with a double, a run and a stolen base.

The Knights will look to complete their perfect CMAC record with another win against Sanger on Thursday. The team has already clinched the CMAC title for the 34th time in the program’s history.

Bullard hasn’t lost a game since losing 1-0 in a non-league matchup against Clovis High on March 25.
